Many know Tamisha Harris as the friendly face of CareTeam, Tiger’s dedicated primary healthcare center. Even in the most challenging moments of COVID-19, Tamisha has been a warm representation of the family feel of CareTeam. What many may not know, is that this coming May, she’ll celebrate three years as a Market Associate at Bellair. In all her different jobs, Harris thrives in her customer-facing roles and “loves interacting with people, getting to know them, and seeing their smiling faces.”

Harris excels in her role for CareTeam and enjoys the opportunity to interact directly with customers because of its small, intimate layout. “I love working for CareTeam and feeling like I’m giving back to others. Because of our size and small customer base, we aren’t like your typical urgent care center. We treat you like family.”

Harris also works a few days a week at Delta Airlines, checking customers in, boarding individuals, and overall ensuring that customers are taken care of prior to send off. Harris utilizes Delta’s flying benefits to visit her 25-year-old son Jamar and his fiancé Alexandra as well as her two grand-dogs in Atlanta, Georgia.

At Bellair, Harris works primarily in the deli, assisting the team on the weekends to prepare delicious sandwiches for their hungry customers. “Everyone at Bellair pitches in to get the job done. When you see your co-workers working hard, it encourages you to put in the same level of work to reach the end goal together.”

The hard-working woman that she is, Harris finds few moments to relax, but when she does, turning on Lifetime or Hallmark is her way to decompress. She also enjoys visiting her brother, Chay and sister, Victoria who live in Scottsville. “I would most definitely recommend Tiger as a company to work for. They are family-orientated which is reflected in how they look out for all of their employees.”

Whether preparing a Jefferson at Bellair, checking in a patient at CareTeam, or boarding a customer on their flight, Harris puts her all into everything she does. We’re thankful to have such a determined woman represent the Tiger Way!
